SourcePartner was founded in 2019 by Michael Waarts and Tijmen Pluimers with the goal of bringing clients and contractors in IT together in an open and honest way.

In 2022, we decided to expand into Belgium. To make this expansion possible, we have appointed Anne-Marie Touquet as managing partner for Belgium.

SourcePartner ensures a healthy and realistic balance between supply and demand so that the perfect match can be found for both the client and the SourcePartner consultant or external contractor, respectively.

A personal approach and open communication is crucial for this. We meet with the client to get a clear job description and a good estimate of expectations.

At the same time, we discuss with the external contractors and our own employees, respectively, their capabilities and expectations, so that everyone has a real picture of the possibilities.

We communicate honestly and openly to all parties and do not like hidden issues. In this way, we always achieve the best match in all respects.
