Michael Waarts

Since 2008, I have been working with my heart and soul within recruitment. I am also a certified job coach and know better than anyone else that a job goes far beyond a flat job posting – and that a candidate has much more to offer than is on their resume. With my personal approach, I always try to find out the focal points in both the candidate and the employer to ensure a solid match.

I have successfully fulfilled multiple roles within the field of recruitment, think recruiter, account manager, branch manager (employment agency) and Recruitment Manager within an IT organization. Tijmen Pluimers and I want to use our network and experience to help even more people find the right job or assignment, which is why we started SourcePartner in 2019.

I also enjoy helping out on the soccer field: I coach and train my two sons’ soccer teams. And I myself enjoy playing a game of tennis or round of golf in my spare time.
