Tijmen Pluimers

I really enjoy working in business. Initially on the business side – in departments such as Sales and Customer Contact – but I continued to develop in the field of IT and consulting through various business and IT projects and training. And therein lies my strength: I can effectively analyze business processes and quickly switch between supply and demand.

In 2019, I co-founded SourcePartner with Michael Waarts. This allows us to focus entirely on what we do best: consulting and recruiting for IT professionals and companies. It is wonderful to always get the right person on the right project through my network. With the right match between candidate and client, one plus one suddenly becomes three.

In addition to being a manager, analyst and consultant, I am also a husband and father of three student children. I also referee water polo and I am regularly busy in our beautiful garden.
